Products are manufactured according to a formula that has been approved and tested in advance. During the production process, samples are taken to check for leaks and water filtration. When the batch is ready, the goods are checked by an independent quality control inspector. About 10-30% of the entire batch is examined. He weighs the master box, the product box, and the product itself to avoid any deviations. The content of each product box is checked.
After a visual examination of the product, these products are tested on a pressure flow measuring machine.
Afterward, shower sets and filters are disassembled and examined from the inside. If there are any defective products, they are sidelined and replaced with new ones.
