The mill planning and assembling were completed within a short time, and production started on May 30, 1984. The mill was built on an area of 10.000 square meters 8.500 square meters of which are covered. The mill, ANILLAR FLOUR TRADE AND INDUSTRY INC, produces 100% wheat flour using both local and international grains with its high technology methods. Today our production capacity is 120.000 tons of wheat per year and 330 tons per day. ANILLAR FLOUR TRADE AND INDUSTRY INC with its brand name ANIL UN has a range of flours which are best for various types of bread making, cakes, pies and all other pastries.
