Code of Conduct

All work is conducted legally and openly, using:a) WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Botim, or Skype application for brief online daily communications;b) E-mail for all legal documents on Seller/Buyer (or their official Mandate) letterhead,forwarded to the e-mail, with a clear indication of signer’s name and surname, its position, legible signature/stamp: text documents "excerpts" are not welcome & often NOT accepted;Each particular deal’s NCNDA/IMFPA commission agreement will be completed upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement/SPA contract (or commercial invoice) when all the details of the project are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Since working with any company, consisting of one person, is considered unreliable and risky, it is better, if every our contact supplies mandatory information about its own backup person (or project’s up-line person): technically competent, available daily (including holidays, weekends, late hours), computer-literate with acceptable English (written/spoken) communication skills.

P.S.: reply or answers to any type of communication sent, as a rule, is expected on the very next calendar day maximum. As a courtesy, when receiving information, the person immediately confirms it’s receiving (via any means) and, if delay happened, then clearly indicates an expected response timeline. An absence of reply at the right time or simply silence for a few days is considered a frivolous attitude and disrespect.  In such case, we reserve the right to terminate the relationship with such person and notify all other our corresponding contacts about such behavior.Work started is carried out on a daily basis until getting positive results and compensation without ANY excuses (such as holidays, weekends, late/night hours, etc.).To start working on any specific project, the person is required to get:- from the Buyer: buyer’s Profile and order in the form of ICPO/LOI,- from the Seller: seller’s Profile and commercial offer in the form of FCO/SCOThe abovementioned documents should include, at least, an exact name of the product, its quantity (per month and year), delivery terms, product LIMIT price, commission’s size (within or above the price), commissions distribution (with the name of the person), transaction step-by-step procedure, payment terms.  It should be attached complete product specification! All documents must be in plain English/Russian language (with translation attached, if in any other language).All product sales (without any exception) are offered on a first-come, first-served or competitive basis.  It means the product is given to those who provide first all the necessary documents (in the required form) and who is able to handle/pay for the required logistic!
