Typically the aluminium is high tensile 5083-H116 precision CNC cut to ensure exacting standardsAll of our machinery is state of the art Twin Pulse Inverter MIG/MAG giving optimum weld penetration with zero distortion and a very neat appearanceOnce we receive the CNC cut sections we start the assembly with most boats taking around three to four weeks to complete ready for painting and shipping.
