We are a corporation invested by Omnipro Limited from Taiwan with an investment of 6 Million US Dollars, gathered with the abundant technical skills from Alumag Aluminium Corp. (Taiwan). Our company was established in May 2002 as a Taiwanese invested enterprise. Our company is located in Liujiagang Town, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, capable of producing many kinds of Aluminium Alloy extrusion products, which have been widely used in Auto Parts and Bicycle Components, Pram Fittings, Medical Facilities, Sports Equipment, Furniture and Heat Sinks. Our company owns strong technical skills and production lines. Our products are made according to customers requirements on technological parameters and sizes; we also comply with the national and international standards (ASTM). We strictly implement production standards and are severe and unremitting in quality control in order to insure a great advantage in the same industrial field. Now we are carrying through ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Assurance Control Request - Auto Industrial Special Request. FacilitiesAlumag (Taiwan) Corporation runs 3 complete extrusion production lines in 660T, 770T and 880T. Our company owns 5 complete extrusion production lines, two of which are both in 660T and the other three in 690T, 1100T, and 1450T. Our main facilities of semi-automatic production lines are ageing furnaces, T4 furnaces, semi-automatic sawing machines, punching machines, lathes, millers, drawing and straightening machines, anodizing equipment and more. QC EquipmentOur company uses many kinds of equipment to insure product quality, such as computerized strength test machines, configuration projectors, Rockwell and manual hardness test equipment, hand-pressed hardness testers, granite flat-top machines, eddy current thickness equipment, length testers, and more. ProductsOur company produces all kinds of High Alloys and Special Alloys, such as Magnesium Alloys: AZ31, ZK60, AZ61, and AZ80 series; High Alloys: 2014, 2024, 3003, 5052, 5056, 6061, 6063, 7005, 7050, and 7075 series, covering seamless tubes, seamless hollow formed profiles, seam tubes, sheets and plates, hollow profiles, rods, and bars. Magnesium tubes and all kinds of extrusion profiles are also our specialties. We also offer all kinds of Aluminium machining including internal and external cold drawing, punching and milling.
