Company Overview

The AIM-X brand was created to provide premium personal protective equipment, with it's core focus onbankability and complaince, whist operating in a corporate fashion adhering to all the ISO standards of international best practise. The company is based in Kazakhstan with a manufacturing base of 22 partner factiories in China and 6 partner factories in Turkey.

The company's signature products are: Medical Grade Nitrile Gloves, Antigen Test Kits, Masks, Coveralls, Surgical Gowns. Currently the company has 16 offices throughtout Europe, Asia, USA and Canada and has established a deep footprint in these territories. 

The company is deeply focused to giving back to the communities it works with, and via the AIM-X Foundation has carried out many corporate and socially responsible activities in Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, USA, Canada, Germany and the UK.

AIM-X supported the United Nations World Peace Day in Berlin in September 2021 as a corporate title sponsor of the event, in addition to doing the health and safety complaince for the event for the Mayor of the City of Berlin, which also included providing masks, sanitisers and sanitiser dispensers for the entire event where over 100,000 people participated.

In 2021 the company has taken an active decision to support Sports, as the world slowly comes out of the current global pandemic. AIM-X is supporting Roman Belinksi in the British Grand Prix Formula 4 as well as Fabio Di Gianantoninio in the Moto2 racing circuit as well.

Quality Control

Each of our factories where we produce our nitrile gloves, masks, surgical gowns, coveralls, rapid antigen tests and other items, are all approved with ISO 9002 Quality Management System, authiorised for ISO 13485 for Medical Devices and have ISO 22716 for Good Manufacturint Practices. All goods undergo a rigorous Quality Control process in accordance to international best practices. A final random inspection report is carried out by either SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas before goods leave any of the 22 factories in China, or 6 factories in Turkey.

AIM-X has an official co-branding partnership with KINGFA for the medical grade nitrile gloves. Curerntly there is a total of 32 operational lines, where each line produces 1M gloves a day (or 10,000 boxes of gloves per day). By the end of Q4 of 2021, we expect to have 96 operational lines. AIM-X has up to 1/3 of the production dedicated to the co-branding partnership from KINGFA.
We hold all skews of our PPE goods in various global locations. We have warehouses in Canada, USA, Netherlands, Germany, Romania, Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, United Kingdom in addition to our factory warehouses in China and Turkey.
We are currently in a global pandemic. Sadly manufacturer's do not have a warehouse of ready goods, that are waiting for someone to come and buy. All manufacturer's have order books with existing clients who have paid deposits on production contracts. A typical 40ft HQ container can accomodate up to 34,000 boxes of gloves. In reality nobody has 300 shipping containers worth of gloves waiting in a warehouse for someone to come and buy. We are more than happy to work with any reputable counterparty to provide them with a realisitc production contract on flexible and comfortable commercial terms.
For our stock in our warehouses in Europe, Russia, Canada, USA - the process is inspect, pay, collect. For production contracts of for any of our items we take a 10-30% deposit, with the balance payable against shipping documents. We are able to accept LC, BG, SBLC as well. If the buyer is a reputable counterparty, AIM-X is able to finance the production contracts themselves. We will make the goods, deliver them to you, and you can pay us 5 days after the goods have arrived at the port of destination. In that instance our Finance Department will need to conduct a through due diligence on the counterparty, KYC and carry out a financial risk assessment. We will require the last three years audited financial statements if this option is chosen.
