Quality control process

1. Incoming material (goods) inspection (IQC): It is the primary control point for the factory to prevent unqualified materials from entering the production link.

? Incoming inspection items and methods:

a) Appearance: generally, visual inspection, hand feeling and comparison samples are used for verification;

b) Dimension: generally verified with caliper, micrometer and other measuring tools;

c) Characteristics: such as physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics, which are generally verified by testing instruments and specific methods.

? Incoming inspection method: a full inspection, b sampling inspection

? Handling of inspection results:

a) Receiving;

b) Rejection (return);

c) Concession acceptance;

d) Full inspection (picking out unqualified products for return)

e) Re inspection after rework

2. Production Process Inspection (IPQC): generally refers to the quality control of production activities in each stage from the warehousing of materials to the warehousing of finished products, namely, Inprocess Quality Control. The quality inspection at this stage is called FQC (Final Quality Control).

? The process inspection methods mainly include:

a) Combination of first article self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection;

b) Combination of process control, sampling inspection and patrol inspection;

c) Centralized inspection for multiple operations;

d) Inspect each process;

e) Inspection after product completion;

f) Combination of sampling and full inspection;

? Process quality control (IPQC): patrol inspection of production process.

c) Patrol inspection: ensure proper patrol inspection time and frequency, and inspect in strict accordance with inspection standards or operation instructions. Including the inspection of product quality, process procedures, machine operating parameters, material placement, identification, environment, etc;

? In process product quality inspection (FQC): refers to the quality verification after product completion to determine whether the batch of products can flow into the next process. It is a fixed-point inspection or acceptance inspection. a. Inspection items: appearance, size, physical and chemical properties, etc; b. Inspection method: sampling inspection is generally adopted; c. Disposal of nonconformities; d. Records;

3. Final inspection control: delivery inspection of finished products. ?Outgoing Q.C?

4. Feedback and handling of quality abnormalities:

? If it can be judged by itself, directly notify the operator or workshop to deal with it immediately;

? If it cannot be determined by itself, it shall submit the defective sample to the supervisor for confirmation, and then notify him to correct or deal with it;

? The abnormal conditions shall be recorded truthfully;

? Confirm the corrective or improvement measures and track the treatment effect;

? For the inspection of semi-finished products and finished products, clear status identification shall be made and relevant departments shall be supervised to store them separately.

5. Quality records: provide objective evidence for completed quality operation activities and results.
