We are looking for Spur Gear. It must be made of hardened steel, with a minimum surface hardness rating of Rockwell C45. Spur Gear must be able to withstand a maximum torque of at least 10,000 Nm without deformation. Spur Gear must have a minimum pitch diameter of 50mm and a maximum pitch diameter of 150mm. Spur Gear must be designed to have a minimum backlash of 0.04mm and a maximum backlash of 0.1mm. Spur Gear must have a maximum noise level of 75dB or less when in operation. Spur Gear must be designed to have a minimum life of 10,000 hours at full load. Spur Gear must be designed to meet or exceed the dimensional and performance requirements of ISO 9001 and API 682 standards.
