Hello, If it's possible, could you provide us some samples of spur gears that meet our requirements? We have a motor shaft-pressing pinion gear with the following specifications : 16 teeth, module approx 0.7222, thickness of 5.7 mm, and bore size of 5.0 mm. I have attached the drawing, but we assume that the pressure angle is 20 degrees. I believe the gear is sintered material. The gear needs to operate at high speeds, up to 30,000 RPM.

Following are the information you'd require :
Quantity : 10 pieces for sampling
Destination : Vancouver, Canada
Terms : FOB is fine, the samples should be a small shipment

I am curious if your company can do planetary gearbox assembly. We are looking for someone to co-design a gearbox who has made similar products before. This is for a cordless drill with a two-speed gearbox.
