There are more than 400 employees and a scientific research management team mainly composed of high and intermediate intellectuals; it covers an area of ​​more than 42,000 square meters, has more than 3,000 square meters of 100,000-level GMP standard purification workshops, and 30 domestic automatic production lines , Physical and chemical laboratories and biochemical testing equipment are all available.At present, our factory mainly produces disposable blood collection tubes, disposable vacuum blood collection tubes, disposable virus collection tubes, disposable venous blood sampling needles, disposable blood collection needles with plastic handles, disposable negative pressure blood collection containers, medical surgical masks And other medical inspection supplies. The product is mainly used for clinical peripheral blood and venous blood collection and clinical examination. The main production raw materials of this kind of medical equipment products are high-density polyethylene resin, low-density polyethylene resin, polypropylene, stainless steel wire, high borosilicate glass tube and other fine processing. The product has been approved by Shandong Food and Drug Administration and meets the access requirements for medical device products.

1. QC Manager set up QC files, VP approval 

2. IQC conduct incoming material inspection/test, QCM weekly spot check for these and keep record

3. IPQC, First piece approval / In line-inspection; focus on CTQ/TOP Selling products

4. FOQC, Full inspection and focus on high-volime/Top 5 D&Q products, QCM also weekly spot check 

5. Conduct quality statistics / analysis and work out CAP with production Dept. and follow up CAP implementation &problems prevention
