Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Marco Starace of the company Papahai UG from Dresden, Germany.
Im looking for products with the following specifications :
A wooden two layered jigsaw puzzle, with each layer representing a map of the city of Dresden, Germany during two different time periods, as well as a detachable legend on each layer containing the names of selected landmarks . The puzzle should consist of three layers of birch plywood that is 3 mm thick and that are glued together. One layer is a backing board, the second layer should be the frame for the puzzle depicting Dresden in the yearh 1758 and the third layer the frame for the puzzle depicting Dresden in the 21st century. The approximate dimensions should be 190 mm x 208 mm x 9 mm. Each puzzle should be packaged individually in simple, cheap packaging.
The source files I have uploaded are designed for laser engraving and laser cutting the puzzle from one board of plywood.
I am sending you an PDF file. I would have preferred to send you an EPS file optimized for laser engraving, but the TradeWheel website wont allow it.
The RGB setting for cutting is 0,0,255.
The RGB setting for vector engraving is 255,0,0.
Everything else is raster engraving.
Please estimate the price for 600 dpi and 400 dpi.
For laser cutting, we would want protective laser tape on the back, which should then be removed.
Although we would prefer the puzzle to be laser engraved, we are open to other suggestions, such as UV printing or screen printing.
