Hi,
We are from Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a machine to produce finger jointed wood planks. See photos.
The spindle diameter has to be 50mm and the finger joint cutter blades’ outer diameter has to be 160mm.
We want those finger joint cutter blades to stack up to 10 inches.
We need to feed maximum of 7 feet long planks, because we want to join 7 feet long plank to 3 feet long plank and make 10 feet long plank. We may also join two 6 feet long planks and make a 12 feet long plank. So once again, the maximum length of the plank we feed, would be 7 feet.
The maximum width of planks would be 10 inches. This is why we need the finger joint cutter blades to be at least 10 inches tall.
Also the circular saw blade too has to have a minimum diameter of 20 inches because it has to cut 10 inch wide planks before being sent to cut fingers.
We also like a hydraulic press of some sort, that holds the planks while thy are sent for cutting.
We are also interested to know about after sales service and parts availability. Also your experience with the product.
