Dear Sir/Madam,

My client is interested in buying appr. 10 X 40ft containers of Raffaello chocolates each month and may expand later to other Ferrero Rocher group products. He is currently looking for a reliable supplier.

If you are interested/able to supply these volumes of mentioned goods, please suggest CIF (Moscow) or Exworks (collection from your warehouse or a factory) prices and terms of payment & other terms, if applicable. Also please let me know supply lead time, supply ability per month and country of origin of the goods.

Important notice! Before making ANY commitment and placing an order, the client wants to expect a sample of 1 carton of 6 T15 Raffaello boxes (6x150g). Well pay the cost of samples if required (wholesale value). Samples will be collected from your office.
