Our RWA Buyer is urgently in need of 200,000 MT x 12 Months of Mazut M100 CIF Incoterms to Any China Port The Buyer can issue Block Fund MT799 to the Seller. Our various effort to locate a Genuine Seller of Russian Mazut M100/99 has not been positive. We will need the Full Details of the Seller and the Procedures for due diligence.

The Buyer also have his Own VESSEL and can attach the CPA with the ICPO to the Seller, to accept delivery under FOB Incoterms. We will consider the initial lift under Ship-To-Ship or Tanker-To-Tanker delivery conditions, to be rolled into 12 Months Contract.
