RE : Grade A Chicken Feet

Dear Export Director,

My brother Bruce and I are buyers for US Grade A Chicken Paws/Chicken Feet CIF China, We can start with 10 containers as a trial shipment. If all looks good, we will purchase up to 100 + containers per month for 12 months with R&E assuming price is agreed for either FOB or CIF China.

Below for Chicken Paws ONLY 25-35 grams ONLY from Brazil, Argentina or Chile. Bruce prefers Brazilian Chicken Paws or from the USA.

10 Containers to start. If all looks good, the second purchase onwards would be a minimum of 30-100 containers +.

CHICKEN PAWS- A-GRADE PROCESSED CHICKEN PAWS SPECIFICATIONS :

Outer yellow skin off
Well cleaned & fresh
No bruises
No black pads or ammonia burns
No bad smell
White skin
Broken bones 1% allowed
No excessive blood or blood stains
Moisture is less than 3%
Weight per piece 25-35 grams max
Shelf life : 24 months
New goods, produced before shipment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Complete sets of documents required for export e.g.
Health Certificate from government before export.
Inspection Certificate : SGS

Seller issues performance bond of 2% upon signing agreement.
Monthly shipment first trial order of 10 containers, each container is 27 MT on a 12 months contract basis.
We can buy up to 30-100 + containers a month X 12 months contract.
Buyer pays by irrevocable DLC on sight and pay upon B/L and relevant documents as agreed on the contract.
Price should be quoted in USD, CIF China port. We will also accept FOB depending on the price however, we would prefer a CIF price
Country of Origin acceptable :
Brazil, Chile, Argentina and USA with License and proof of shipping CIF to China.
