Our company is a converter of a range of industrial speciality and technical foam die cuts for both automotive and white goods industry.

I am looking for a Pre-mask roll with the following specs for one my Japanese auto client :
1. Product : PRE TAPE Roll( One side Brown Crepe Masking tape with Non adhesive Hdpe TPT Film- 20 micron thick)
Size : 1000mm X35mts
Size of Folded roll : 160mm wide
Quantity : 750rolls per month

* Crepe Brown Masking tape total width 25mm with 6mm laminated on non adhesive Hdpe film in each PRE TAPE HDPE MASKER FILM ROLL. Rest 19mm adhesive exposed.
* Pre masker stand temp.upto-150*c for 60mintues (Incase 120*C masking tape is available, we can try that as well)
*No adhesive transfer, tearing of tape & Patches should be seen after demasking the PRE TAPE HDPE MASKER FILM ROLL roll on PP Bumper with Ethched H-224.
*Non adhesive film thickness 20 micron .& Brown Crepe masking tape thickness is 160 micron
* Required Folded PRE TAPE HDPE MASKER FILM ROLL size is 160mm X35mts

2. Product : PRE TAPE Roll( One side Brown Crepe Masking tape & other side Fineline Masking tape with Non adhesive Hdpe TPT Film- 20 micron thick)
Size : 100mm X35mts
Quantity : 500rolls per month

* Both Crepe Brown Masking tape & Fineline Masking tape total width 15mm with 6mm laminated on non adhesive Hdpe film and 9mm exposed adhesive.
* Pre masker stand temp.upto-120*c for 60mintues
*No adhesive transfer, tearing of tape & Patches should be seen after demasking the PRE TAPE HDPE MASKER FILM ROLL roll on PP Bumper with Ethched H-224.
*Non adhesive film thickness 20 micron .& Brown Crepe masking tape thickness is 160 micron.
