We, Masana Trading Malaysia Sdn Bhd , hereby confirm with full corporate responsibility and under penalty of perjury of the law that we are ready, willing and able to enter into a standard contract for the purchase of Copper Ore

3. Origin : Seller?? Option.
4. Quantity : Trial 500 metric ton ( 11 months X 2000 metric ton upon contract agreement )
5. Inspection Quality : SGS
6.Packing : seller advice
7. Shipment : Containers ( Partial shipment)
8. Freight : CIF Tian Jin
9. Loading Port : Seller?? Option
10. Destination : Tian Jin ??China
11. Delivery period : 15days Upon confirmation and receipt of confirm LC
12. Target price : USD1400.00 per metric ton
13. Payment terms : LC at sight
14. Inspection : Buyer will inspect the goods before opening the LC
Additional terms & Condition : -
A. 2 days before delivery client will be required to inspect cargo at factory before loading.
B. Full set of documents include the following : -
i. Invoice ??2 sets
ii. Packing list ??2 sets
iii. Bill of Lading ??2 sets
iv. SGS Inspection certificate ??1 set
v. Certificate of Origin ??2 sets
vi. Marine Insurance certificate ??1 set.
PROCEDURE
1.Buyer issues LOI to the seller
2. Seller responds with a Contract agreement
3. If Buyer accepts the offer, Buyer needs to sign and seal it the agreement and send it back to the seller. (as evidence of his official acceptance and willingness to proceed with this particular deal)
4. Seller ??s Bank verifies compliance (with the Buyer ??s Bank) and if all is correct, issues the ??Draft Contract??and sends to the buyer.
6. Buyer verifies fills -out and returns the Draft Contract (to the Seller) already Signed and Sealed.
