LETTER OF INTENT TO BUY

To whom it may concern,

SWG is looking for the copper concentrate and copper cathode for our
buyers. Below is the spec that my buyers have been requesting. Please
send me your FCO with pictures of the product.

1) COPPER CONCENCTRATE : from any country/regions even in South
Africa (the country) - and can provide up to 500,000 (5 hundred
thousand) METRIC TONS a month to different buyers.

Purity : Purity : copper content 25%- 35 %

Chemical composition : Cu 25 - 35 %,Au 1 – 2.6 gr/tonAg 25 – 60 gr/ton,S 30 – 35 %
Fe 20 – 25 %, Zn + Pb 1 – 2 %,As + Sb + Bi 0.4 % Maximum
Si O2 2- 4 %,Al O Eser,CaO 0.05 – 0.1 %, Mg O Eser, Moisture 8-10 %

SGS INSPECTORATE COMPANY OR SAME INSPECTORATE COMPANY IN DESTINATION
PORT. (PAYMENT NO LATER THEN 5 DAYS AFTER DISCHARGED) Seller : THE
BUYER SHALL RELEASE THE BUYER’S L/C NO LATER THEN 3 DAYS AFTER THE
SUPPLIER ISSUES A 2% PB. (Performance Bond)
