1. Product : Copper Cathodes (Electrolytic Copper) Standard : Grade A.
standard Cu Cathode 1, Cu purity 99.97% minimum
2. Quantity : TRIAL : (1000MT ORE MORE and subsequent quantity of 5000 MT OR MORE per Month x 12 Months with roll over and extensions.
3. Price : LME minus 25%
4. Delivery terms : FCA Incoterms 2016

WE NEED PRODUCT THAT IS ALREADY DELIVERED TO :

AN OFFICIAL WAREHOUSE AT DAR ES SALAAM AUTHORIZED BY THE TANZANIAN GOVERNMENT OR AT PACORINI, STEINWEG, IMPALA, BOLLORÉ, COMEXA.

5. Payment terms : Payment shall be made by TT to the buyer bank after positive buyer inspection at warehouse by SGS.

Seller should pay my commission of 2% from final invoice monthly during a year contract.
