We are BASMAYA FOR GENERAL TRADING & LOGISTIC SOLUTION Co. (BGTLS) based in Jordan. We are a holding/leading group of another 7 Jordanian companies dealing with many fields and bidding on NGOs, Oil Field Companies and Governmental Requirements and Tendering.
BASMAYA FOR GENERAL TRADING & LOGISTIC SOLUTION Co. (BGTLS) hereby invites you to submit an offer in response to the below referenced RFQ under the below terms & conditions,
Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit, in writing, a complete quote including delivery FOB Destination
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUTATION (RFQ) or REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) is issued solely for seeking proposals / quotes and planning purposes for the purchase of the following requirements under the following terms & conditions :
THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE : FULL and OPEN COMPETITION
1.All the listed items are subject to be received (Zarqaa Free Zone-Jordan).
Any/all delivery charges should be included in the quote for FOB Destination.. (Preferable quotes with shipping prices)
2.Please send us your quote in USD$ currency with your best price.
3. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for BASMAYA FOR GENERAL TRADING & LOGISTIC SOLUTION Co. (BGTLS) to evaluate the requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Offerors shall submit quotes via email, please note the maximum file size is 10MB. Emails over this file size will not be received.
4.Your delivery time should be clarified in your quote.
5.Your quote should have attached an electronic (Catalog / Pictures and Data Sheet for Each Listed Item) Technical information required (specification , datasheet, drawings, catalogues with highlighted materials) which shall be supplied.
6.Please make sure to send us signed & stamped official commercial offer & technical offer.
7.We have our agents around the world that can assist as needed.
8.Kindly be advised that your response is required for all the listed Items.. Please make sure your quote to be considered includes all the items in our enquiry, this is one turnkey job (including the shipping fees optional).
9.Your payment condition is required to be clarified in your submitted quote .
10.The subject of the ****should be remain & contain the RFQ number as it shows when you received it to follow up the quote process with you. (Please provide the full solicitation number on all packages)
