Seeking supplier of small speech-frequency microphones and audio earpieces (preferable range 50-8KHz).
This will be used for underwater audio communication applications with divers. The microphone (1) will be within a divers full-face mask. The earpieces (2) will be within a foam case, strapped to the masks retaining bands.
Therefore, it will be exposed to water, and must be loud enough to transmit through the foam case, water and the divers rubber exposure suit that is tight around the divers head.
It will be used by divers to 100m depth. Preferred depth rating is 200m. Please advise on what components you can provide or modify to our application.
If you cannot supply this, I would appreciate a referral to a potential alternate supplier.
