Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Charles Brundige from Microlazers Inc. in the US.
We are looking for products with the following specifications :
Were making promotional trophy figures for a customer. We are interested in working with a well established company with the ability to make mold castings in metal (zinc) that allow for simple undercuts and is able to provide consistent high quality. Our previous supplier was not able to maintain quality with the larger volumes and we are looking for a reliable vendor able to provide consistent quality for larger orders.
The attached photo shows the master casting part (left side of photo) to be made showing minor undercuts. We expect to be ready for casting as soon as we are able to establish a contract. The metal part (right side of photo) it shows the surface prep we are looking for (brushed antique blue silver metallic). This part will be used in outside displays and will be exposed to rain and other weather conditions and needs to be corrosion resistant.
The overall dimensions for the white part is shown in photo 3 below. We are looking to have an initial run of 100 with follow-on orders of 300-500 annually.
We have an ongoing need for other casting services beyond this initial order. Once our vendor selection for this part is complete, we will submit follow-on RFQs.
If you are able to make this part, please send us an estimated cost for making an initial run of 100 units and for future runs of 300, and 500 units respectively, along with timelines for samples and production.
Please provide examples of products similar to ours you have made that includes 3D castings of this size with undercuts. Only top quality suppliers will be considered.
