Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Zoe Huang from the Department of Polymer Engineering in the University of Akron, OH. We are interested in purchasing an evaporator capable of thermal evaporation deposition (better if it also contains e-beam evaporation function) preferably with cost not surpassing $25,000.
The evaporator is going to use to deposit gold or silver metal onto a mica substrate with a diameter of 15cm. We are hoping to get the layer thickness well-controlled between 40~50 nm and the deposition rate can be controlled to reach 0.1A/s stably. The most important thing is the size of the evaporator. We are looking for a less space-consuming one.
