Hi. Im hoping to source ~900 total units of assorted fake fruit & vegetables. Ideally Id like 18 different varieties, with about 50 of each type (roughly equal total volume, but I understand different fruit types are different individual volume).
This is to suit a fake supermarket with 20-30 fruit bins (see here for a rough 3D model of the setup :

The numbers are just a basic guideline - do you have any recommendations?
