Im looking for a supplier of hair chalk.
We have a big retail customer who is intrested in this product.
Before sending me your quotation, please check my questions bellow.
If all are NO, we will not be able to work with you.
- Do you have EU customers you sold this product?
- Can you provide documents for the PIF?
For the PIF we need from you :
1. The composition % (m/m) of each formulation, stated in trade names of the raw materials (RM) 
2. Of each RM (raw material) an MSDS and specification sheet (including country of origin, of the supplier), including INCI breakdown of complex RMs
3. Of each perfume/aroma additionally an IFRA document (which states the max % per category and an allergen declaration) 
4. Other relevant RM information (brochures, folders, statements, etc)
5. Company details of the production site, including a contact persoon
6. Description of the production process of the final product
7. GMP statement or an ISO 22716 certificate, or similar of the production site
8. Specifications of the final product (among others pH, density/viscosity)
9. Data regarding the microbiological safety of the products (microbiological and challenge test)
10. Data regarding the stability of the products 
11. Statement that no animal tests have been performed (format is available) 
12. Primary packaging materials : technical drawings, MSDS & specs, and in case of plastics : a food contact declaration
13. Explanation of the batch coding format
