we are based in KSA and for one of our ongoing project we need 4 smart poles as following :

Smart Pole Solution should be able to provide a platform for variety of integrated IoT services from a single physical facility resource. Smart Pole can use IoT gateway to connect the terminal devices back to the management applications through Ethernet, fiber or 3G/LTE networks. The system should be able to be installed on any lanes of the selected roads. Smart Pole should provide these value added services apart from video surveillance and wireless connectivity.
The Services shall mainly include the Intelligent Lighting Control, Environmental Sensing, Digital Signage, Emergency Call, Public Addressing.
1. Smart Pole lighting control solution should deploy controllers for LED street lights and uses wireless communication. The solution should implement remote control of turn-on and turn-off and illumination of street lights based on time plans, and achieves on-demand lighting in different areas based on the time. The Streetlight Management System (SMS) should provide a graphical user interface (GUI) for management and maintenance. It should enable the operator to check and manage street lights and configure control plans through the SMS. The SMS also supports power consumption analysis and alarm functions. The industrial IoT gateway should be deployed at the network layer to connect to terminals such as sensors and controllers through ZigBee/RF. The Gateway shall also convert the ZigBee/RF network into the IP network and provides backhaul through the 3G or LTE and Ethernet. The street light controller shall support the ZigBee/RF Mesh network and should be dustproof and waterproof. It should be simple to install and has no requirements for any extra wiring. LED street lights shall be provided with illumination adjustment function.
2. Environmental sensing service is the systematic approach to monitor and analyze conditions of the environment. Monitoring typically involves collecting data samples from the air for different attributes to determine if any physical or biological factors are negatively impacting natural ecosystem. The system should be able to provide a dashboard monitoring Environmental parameters. The environmental temperature and humidity should be monitored using IP based sensors. Integrated factory-calibrated, high accuracy, temperature and humidity sensor. Build-in web server with SMC Lite management software Alarm notification via E-mail, SNMP or SMS service.
3. Digital signage should incorporate different technologies relying on a set of standards : displays, network infrastructure for content delivery, communication protocols, and software and hardware for management and playback of content. Digital signage shall provide opportunities for branding, digital advertising, and revenue generation. Adaptable video screens, sized appropriately should be seen from throughout the street, and should be used to showcase important information about current and upcoming events. The Digital Signage suite should support deployment to interactive and non-interactive signs, web pages, and mobile devices, providing the flexibility to implement a multifaceted, multiplatform visual communication strategy. Components of the system include Content Manager, Content Player, Live Data.
4. Emergency call service should include an IP based Emergency call point that will ensure two-way communication to the Emergency call center when needed. It should be of striking color and illuminated buttons to ensure that it is visible and functions even in crisis situations. The device uses embedded computer technology and DSP(Digital Sound Processing) audio processing technology design; high-speed industrial-grade chip, start time is less than 1 second; A key for help button, call duty room intercom microphone, a key to achieve the relevant regional alarm function, to achieve rapid links, simple and quick operation. 5. Paging with no limits on distance over LAN/WAN networks. Public address from the Smart Street Pole is primarily intended to distribute audio via IP protocol over vast distances or even wirelessly. The system should utilize current LAN/WAN network infrastructure for interconnecting all loudspeakers. Built- in high fidelity speaker, stereo power amplifier.
