We would like to request a complete RFQ, which in terms contains your price listings for the product, production rate, delivery, and others. This list should include but is not limited to the following :
1. The price per unit, i.e. how much would 100 or 1000 units cost, the bigger the order placed the better price we look for.
2. Consumables such as filters, fans, radiators, and others. Should a customer face troubles with a certain component/part, we want to have spare parts for each unit we purchase, in order to live up to our high standards of serving our customer needs, by replacing that damaged part for them. We want you to grant us spare parts for every unit.
3. Price listing for indoor and outdoor units in all sizes and shapes, as well as production rates of every unit i.e. amount of liters it produces per day.
4. The production rate of your factory and how soon will you meet our demands once orders are placed.
