Stainless Steel Ball Valve

I’m looking for a 2-piece 90mm stainless steel ball valve, British standard thread. The seat material cannot be made of Teflon, going to a customer that has a zero Teflon tolerance.

The acceptable seat materials given to us are :
EPDM
UHMWPE
HDPE
PEEK
Graphite

The critical dimension is the 90mm overall length of the ball valve. When we weld the nipple to the pipe, screw the valve to the nipple and the transmitter into the valve, the transmitter inserts so that the leading edge of the transmitter is approximately flush with the inside of the pipe.

1 : Internal diameter of the ball valve looks be 25mm
2 : 100 psi max / 200°F max
3 : lockable ball valves
4 : I need both sides to be British standard threads
5 : Ball valve must be 90mm long
6 : Zero PTFE (Teflon)
