We are a business located in Mexico and we are looking to put in some large custom orders and would like to form a long term relationship with a reliable and high quality manufacturer of shipping container or prefabricated homes.
For the first order, Im looking to construct a prefabricated condominium building that is 4 stories tall that can be assembled on a pre-existing concrete foundation with the following specifications :
1. Dimensions : 48 feet x 50 feet, 4 stories tall
2. 1st floor is a general use parking garage, 2nd-4th floor will be 4 apartment units. See drawings attached for floor layouts for the 2nd-4th floor
3. Delivered to Ensenada, Mexico
4. We are looking for everything to be included : electrical system, plumbing system, septic system, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture.
5. We are looking for something that can be assembled and disassembled easily.
