I need a unit for industrial restaurant cooking. It must be able to work up to 20 hours a day at 90 degrees. Be able to circulate the water to ensure the water is the same temperature throughout. I can have at least 400 units on order if its the best product but only want 1 for testing. i can either fly over to see the unit or buy one for testing to send to me in Australia. Adelaide 5022. I need to sort this out as soon as possible
