Hi. We are looking for a long-term supplier for a small thin metal strip or heat-treated spring steel fabricated for a new product. We are looking for some low-volume prototype capabilities (in the 100s of units) with possibly some fine-tuning of material thickness or geometry, and then a quick ramp up to full production volumes in the TENS or HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS PER YEAR.

Our initial prototypes have been made from off-the-shelf tape measure material, so we need a metal that has the same spring/mechanical properties with heat treatment.
Based on your product offerings I am thinking your company would be a good fit for prototype and production of this part. Can you help? If so we can continue in more detail under NDA.
