We are currently looking to expand our product line and are interested in this Sleeping Eye Mask With Headphones.
I was speaking to a wholesaler that had this product, but I am looking to connect with the manufacturer.

The factory will agree to be audited, show and prove that they are producing the exact product we are looking for.
1. DELIVERY TERMS : The client will arrange for their forwarder to pick up the goods from the factory. The factory will deliver the product on the agreed date, and if unable the factory fails to produce the product on the date agreed upon, a discount will be given to the client.
2. PRICE : The price requested is for OEM. This will include the OEM box, silk screen printed logo on the PRODUCT AND ON THE OEM user manual.
3. DEFECT RATE : The maximum tolerable defective rate is 1%. The first inspection will be paid by the buyer. If the inspection fails, the factory will fix the problem and pay 200$ for a second inspection.
4. WARRANTY : All defective units that are returned to the buyer from selling the product will be gathered and sent back to the manufacturer to be replaced for a 1 year warranty.
5. NON-DISCLOSURE : The manufacturer will sign a document of non-disclosure and confidentiality regarding the buyers information, brands and products.
6. PRODUCT CONSISTENCY : The manufacturer will consistently produce the same quality for future orders as the sample that they provided.
7. MANUFACTURER INSPECTION : The manufacturer will commit to always make an additional inspection, one by one to avoid failure of any future inspections.
8. TRAIL ORDER : A trial order of 300 units will be ordered first to check the quality of the product. It will be treated as a sample to our our successful brand, and if successful, will be scaled to a larger number for future orders.
