We are a large wholesale jewelry company in the U.S. looking for a silver jewelry manufacturer. We are starting a new bracelet collection and need a manufacturer that can meet the following requirements :
1. Each bracelet will weigh about 30 to 35 grams of silver.
2. Each bracelet will have 2 semi-precious stones that will be glued in. The semi-precious stones will have to be custom cut to have a special shape. We require you to be able to get the semi-precious stones from your own supplier.
3. The cost that we want to aim for each bracelet is around $50 per piece - that means you can manufacture the bracelets and sell to us for $50 per piece.
4. We will have about 10 different bracelet designs to manufacturer in 925 silver. After the designs are approved, we will then place an initial sample order of 10 pcs per bracelet designs. The first total order will be 10 pcs x 10 bracelet designs x $50 USD = $5000.
5. Then after selling the sample line to our large retail customer base across the U.S., we can then reorder 20 to 30 pcs per design for our next order, and then start moving larger and larger reorder quantities, maybe 50 to 75 pcs per design for next order. Our plan is that over one year time, we can able to order 1000s plus pieces.
6. Since the designs are unique, you will have to assure us confidentiality NDA if you want to manufacture for us.
