Hi, this is Del Azmaish from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am a structural engineer presently practicing as private consultant. I am looking for a small shotcreting machine for construction of thin (say 60 mm thick) reinforced partition wall for residential building. I like to sell the idea and/or the machine to hundreds of my clients.
I prefer wet mixing type to minimize the wastage. I need to transport the wet mix vertically 25 to 30m and horizontally 25 to 30m also. I need only one cum of concrete to spray per hour. I prefer lifting the wet mix from ground to the floor level by electric winch of 1 ton capacity. The reason is that the maintenance of concrete pump and hose is difficult and my requirement is small. If I am correct so far, then I need only (i) a small pump to transport material horizontally from the lifting hopper to the nozzle for a distance of 30m, (ii) nozzle, (iii) hose and (iv) air compressor of reasonable capacity and a sound and simple maintenance plan.
Kindly suggest something better or at least what I said along with your best prices, technical details, weights, dimensions, performance and maintenance plan of individual components (i) to (iv). Right now I shall take one for immediate use and may be many in near future if I find it feasible.
