We are looking for a manufacturer to produce 100 units of a structural sidewall for a snow roller. The part is a riveted sandwich assembly : rectangular steel profiles enclosed between two outer steel sheets. The component is used outdoors and subject to impact loads (contact with trees and terrain). Surface finish durability and dimensional accuracy of the pivot hole are critical requirements.
