I have quite a few questions, so thought it best I put them all in an email for you to respond to.
1. I can see other products in the catalogue listed as 'zero phthalate' and 'biodegradable'—is this one the same? Is the entire product non-toxic, including the inflation mechanism (no BPA, formamide, flame retardants etc.)?
2. I note it says 'patented product' and 'exclusive for Newell'. Do you hold the patent or does Newell? If I altered the design slightly, would this get around the patent? E.g. I'd like mine to have a drainage plug at the bottom against one wall, as this would be marketed as a paddling pool first and foremost, rather than a ballpit. I'd also like to have two sizes, depending on cost—one for kids and one for adults
3. What are the dimensions of this product in centimetres?
4. Is the TPU material used in this product suitable for use as a pool? (waterproof, not going to degrade just from repeated contact with water)
5. Printing : What are your color and printing options? (Keeping in mind I want to keep the product as 'non-toxic' as possible.) At a minimum I’d like to have my brand logo on the bottom in the centre, and will probably need to include a mandatory safety warning somewhere. I'd also like to know the cost for an all-over pattern on the material, if that's possible.
6. Do you do product packaging as well? Such as a waterproof TPU bag that could be printed on with my brand logo?
7. I'd love to receive a sample before putting in my order! Is there a cost for this?
8. What is your minimum order quantity, and what would the cost be per unit for this?
9. I live in Melbourne, Australia... Can you give any indication of the shipping cost I’d be looking at for a minimum order of this product?
