Functional Specifications
Hammer crushers The fineness of the crushing is obtained by the mesh of the grid placed inside the crushing chamber.
Technical specifications
Thermal motorized crusher including :
- A polygonal shaped hopper;
- A feed flow adjustment hatch placed inside the hopper allows the regulation of the supply to the crushing chamber;
- A crushing chamber, composed of two shells, one fixed and deep, and the other flat and mobile, with a laterally tilting opening. This flat shell carries the feed adjustment hatch and has a chamber feed port. A circular grid receives the almonds through the orifice located on the mobile shell. Square irons placed on the two internal walls of their shells facilitate the fragmentation of the almonds;
- A rotor fixed to the chassis by two roller bearings. This rotor carries four (04) hammer arms fixed on the rotor at 90°. The ends of the arms are fitted with movable rings serving as hammers. These hammers are non-reversible;
- A V-belt drive pulley, connected to the motor by a V-belt, ensures the rotation of the rotor;
- A vertical frame made up of two legs supports the entire device.
The motor mounting is independent of the crusher.
