I'm a physical therapist. I treat patients' with knee pain stemming from issues around the patella almost daily. There is an issue with most patellar tendon braces on the market now however. They don't address the length of the patellar tendon. I believe we can address that issue with a slight modification with current braces that are on the market. I've attached the product sample.
