Dear Sir or Madam,

We are interested in placing large orders for JET A1 aviation fuel and EN590 fuel, which we would like to receive on a Free on Board (FOB) basis via Rotterdam. If the trial shipment meets our satisfaction, we would like to proceed with monthly orders for a total contract term of initially 12 months (trial + 12 months + Rolls and Extension).

Regarding payment methods, it is important to note that while my client is accommodating, they prioritize security. Therefore, a performance bond of 2% will be included in the contract. However, shipment acceptance at the destination port will only occur after a DIP analysis, with immediate payment following.

Additionally, we require Proof of Product (POP Documents) and an SGS oil analysis or equivalent test procedure upfront. Before reviewing these documents, we can only provide a Letter of Intent (LoI) confirming the identity of the Austrian company I represent as a German freelancer. Our client's private information or capital will only be disclosed after thorough verification processes, and we hope for your understanding in this matter.

We aim to purchase over 1 million barrels of JET A1 and a minimum of 100,000 tons of EN590. If you have any questions, I am available to discuss further.
