Looking for full cream milk powder that meets the following quality specifications :
- The milk should be cow's or buffalo's whole milk, reduced to a fine powder with a light yellow/cream white color.
- It should be dry, free from lump, infestation, rancidity (chemical or physical), tallowness, stale flavor, offensive odor, and discoloration. It should not contain any foreign substances.
- On reconstitution, it should form a uniform solution resembling fresh full cream milk powder in taste and appearance.
- The full cream milk powder should not exhibit any signs of faulty processing or unhygienic manufacturing methods. It should remain sound and wholesome in its original unopened packaging in a tropical country for two years.
