Searching for floating transshipment barge

Good afternoon,

We are the owners of three berths/piers at Vladivostok port, Russia. To enhance the capacity of our berths and increase the depth for ship operations, we are seeking the following :

- A used or new floating transshipment barge with one or multiple cranes, or a floating crane with a lifting capacity ranging from 50 metric tons to 200 metric tons.
- The crane(s) should have a working radius of 20-45 meters.
- The barge (crane's platform) should have a maximum draft of 3.5 meters to 4 meters.
- It can be self-propelled or non-self-propelled.
