Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Jack Scukovic from AU. Im looking for products with the following specifications :
River Sands are interested in talking to manufacturers of rotary dryer capable of drying sand and aggregates at 40t/hr with 6% moisture content.
One of our other raw materials is crusher dust which has fines up to 12% less than 70 ums. Crusher dust is extremely abrasive and the chosen manufacturer must demonstrate equipment that can handle extreme abrasion and wear.
Our other raw material is aggregate and stone particles less than 10mm.
The dried product must have outlet temperature less than 65oC and no more than 0.5% w/w moisture content.
We are interested in a heavy duty design with TWO PASS design that has an integral cooler. It is important that we have 2 pass design. We do not have room for a single pass rotary drier as it will be too long.
All electricals are required for running the drier.
River Sands will supply a 3.5MW hot gas generator that can supply up 47000m3/hr of gas at 750oC for use in the rotary dryer.
The dryer is required in Brisbane Australia and must be operational by end of May 2019. I need an ETA and an estimated budget price that includes delivery cost.
It would be appreciated if you could provide technical capability and names of existing customers using 2 pass dryer in similar application.
Please also let me know technical details of how the internal surfaces of the drier are serviced for maintenance, espicially the outer and middle internal walls.
