you are kindly requested to send us your best quotation for Yellow Soya Beans & White Maize grade 1 as per attached approved technical specs.
we need your quotation to be based on DDP incoterms deities delivery paid all inclusive,
payment term 100% at sight on arrival through LC letter of credit opened from our side,
your samples should be send to us ASAP to quality approval as well as your Non- GMO certificates.
N.B.
Our monthly regular consumption is 4000MT from Maize and 1000MT of Soya Beans.
Once your samples received & its quality accepted; we shall send you copy of our contract draft which will be same conditions of the LC.
We need to sign a yearly contract and open LC for each shipment.
