RFQ about flow pack machine to be use with our tetra Brick product

We are Looking for a flow pack machine to be use with our tetra Brick product.

The machine must be compatible with following specs :

1- The machine will be connected direct with our line so we need complete solution to arrange and sort the packs in 4X1 format and 4X2 format (please check Photo 1and Photo 2).

2- our production line speed is 12000pcs/hr.

3- We need to do full closure packaging using (LAMINATED + EVOH) film

4- with the packaging, we need you to make (soft vacuum & N2 injection) which can guarantee long shelf life (O2 Finish percentage inside the pack should reach <1%) (this is most important note)

5- final product must be tight and good looking please check (photo 3 and Photo 4) For REFERANCE

6- we need Gusset Pack

7- we need the solution to be able to fold the edges as per (attached photo 5 and Photo 6).

8- The infeed direction of product and out feed will be as er attached video.

9- we need Folding & Sticker applicator Option build in with machine to fold edges and add a sticker.

Note :

attached video shows the current shrink machine that we use and need to replace it , the purpose of this video is show the direction and shape of product
