The machine should be 330 wide and be able to do the following :
1. Unwind preglued Liner.
2. Unwind a roll of RFID labels and laminte them onto the Preglued liner.
3.Laminate 1.5 mm foam which is on a liner (this has to be removed) on top of the RFID tags.THE FOAM MUST BE TENSION FREE WHEN IT IS APPLIED
4. Die cut through the Foam and RFID tag body (in other words, cut out the RFIDtag as well and remove matrix.
5. Slit into three lanes and rewind.
Speed is not at all an issue, but cutting should be plus minus 0.2mm
Average roll size is 600 mm for the raw materials and finished rolls.
