I am working on a project to replace all the hydraulic operating system on the truck to fully electric driven actuator. The project is at earl planning and preparing of budget phase. Looking for supplier for the custom made actuators.
The cylinder actuator need corrosion resistant, hard chrome plated piston rod, high force with high speed, low position accuracy and low cost.
That are 5 pair of cylinders actuators on one truck, each pair of cylinder shall be driven by one motor using mechanical linked for parallel movement.
Each actuator pushing force about 10tons speed about 3m/min @full load, the speed will be 2 times at load less the 25% of full load. Max stroke about 800mm, power supply 72Vdc form tracks battery.
