Recordable sound module for music box

Hello there,
I am looking for a recordable sound module for a customized gift box that we are going to produce. I came across your product and I like your offer. I have a few questions, if we order 500 pieces, do all 500 need to have the same sound recorded? or can we make for example 200 with one sound, 200 with another sound and 100 with a third sound? Also, how far away has to be the magnet in order for the system to turn on?
I would like to receive a few samples as soon as possible.
