PVC Plastisol for dip coating

Hello,
Im a Design Engineer at BURN Manufacturing where we create high efficiency, low-emission cookstoves for the sub-Sahara African market. Were hoping to implement plastisol dip coating processes within our factory, and are currently looking at vendors who can help with both formulation and supply chain logistics. Output would demand approximately 300kg/month, although this may scale with production and design changes.
Regarding specifics for a plastisol formulation, temperature resistance and abrasion resistance are primary concerns for this application, although texture and aesthetics are also a consideration.
Were hoping to achieve the following :
- Hardness : Shore A 70-80
- Color : Black
- Finish : Glossy
- Temperature resistance : 100 degC min
- Thickness : approximately 0.7 mm
