Dear Sir/Madam,
Im looking for someone to build us a custom semi-automated product fulfillment machine for cosmetic products.
This machine will have hoppers to hold our cosmetic products, and it will release one product at a time. These hoppers will be gravity fed. When products are released they will fall into a shoot/slide. The products will slide down this shoot/slide, and underneath an employee will be standing with a box and allow the products to fall into a box.
We can program it and do all software. We just need the physical machine built with mechanisms and controls.
Our product is deodorant and soap bars. photos of products attached.
I imagine the deodorant hopper will be a tray where deodorant will be laid out in a line by employees. And they will roll with gravity naturally. And then there will be a gate or release mechanism of some sort that can be programmed to release just one deodorant at a time.
The reason for this, is that the machine, after we program it, will read an order from our website and release the correct type and amount of products from the hopper into the shoot/slide that will land in the box that the employee will hold underneath.
Please let me know if you can do this type of custom work and any questions you may have. We need help and advice on the best practice.
This will be a prototype and we want to make it functional.
Once its functional we can do a larger machine.
Our prototype should hold 200 of each product.
