We would like to understand any alternatives in choosing the most appropriate burners that you provide with each. As an indication for design purposes a batch load of Aluminium extrusion would weigh around 200kg (450lbs)
On Spray Booths - we would like details on
2.4m wide, 3m high, size 3m ,6m, 9m long
We also need to understand the nature of consumables and wear and tear items (eg filters, oven door seals, servicing of fans, motors and burner components for which spares should be kept on site. For these items would you please provide us with suggested maintenance schedules showing expected lifetimes and replacement costs.
As you will appreciate minimizing shipping costs of an oven and booth will be important to us. Please recommend most efficient means of transport to Auckland.
For your information our factory like others in New Zealand, is serviced by 230 volt single phase and 400 volt 3 phase 50 Hz mains power and a Natural Gas supply. We are currently operating a batch oven and a process oven on a conveyor line.
